    Hi Jairo,

    Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I see that your account is currently on the free plan and has exceeded the monthly submission limit (143 of 100 used). Your limits will reset on September 23, 2025, at 12 AM ET, as indicated.

    Until then, form submissions will be limited due to the plan restrictions. If you need immediate higher limits, upgrading your account could be an option.

    Hi Jairo,

    I checked your account, and just like what our Support AI Agent said, you have exceeded your monthly submission limit, which is 143 out of 100 monthly submissions. Monthly submissions are the submissions you receive in a month, coming from all your forms. Deleting submissions will not free up your monthly submission limit.

    You can either wait for your monthly reset schedule, which is every 23rd of the month, or upgrade your account so you'll have a higher monthly submission limit. Upgrading your account is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.

    2. In the Choose Your Payment Schedule section, select Yearly or Monthly.

    3. Then, enter your billing details in the Billing details section.

    4. In the Choose your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

    5. If you choose Credit/Debit Card, you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information below the Credit/Debit Card option.

    6. Next, in the top-right corner of the page, in the Summary section, tick the box next to I’ve read and agree to the Terms of Service, and click on Pay.
