    Hi there,

We're trying to login to our Jotform account and we're getting the "too many requests" error message. We really need to login ASAP. Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi Beth,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

The "too many requests" error usually happens when there are too many login attempts or API calls in a short period. This is a temporary restriction to protect your account and the system.

To resolve this, please wait a few minutes before trying to log in again. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Also, ensure your network connection is stable.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Beth,

This error usually happens when there are multiple login attempts in a short time, which triggers a temporary block to protect your account and our system. I have flushed your login attempts. You can now try to log in again. In case you forgot your password, you can easily reset it. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
