Campo de tipo email en formulario para destinatario final de notificación

Quisiera saber si es posible configurar un campo de tipo Email en mi formulario para que sea el destinatario final de una notificación por correo (Email Notification).

En mi formulario tengo un campo de Email que se llena dinámicamente con varios correos electrónicos, y quiero que la notificación se envíe automáticamente al correo que aparece en ese campo.

Por lo que necesito configurar que ese campo sea al que le lleguen las notificaciones, he visto varios screenshots de que esto es osible pero oor alguna razón a mi no me aparece la opción
