Customers cannot press submit if they select the product

    On our form, submit button is visible until the product is selected then the submit button disappears - can you explain why this is please?

    Hi BTITauranga,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This is the expected behavior. When no product is selected, the form shows the regular Submit button. Once a product is chosen, the form requires payment, so the regular Submit button is hidden and the PayPal checkout button needs to be clicked to complete the submission. This ensures the form can only be completed through PayPal whenever a paid product is selected and prevents submissions from going through without payment.
