Hi, it says i reached monthly submission limit, we only have 109 submission this month, and it says maximum is 1,000, right now my form are disable, please help, thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and you're currently on the Starter plan, which includes a monthly limit of 100 form submissions. The 1,000 you're referring to is actually the monthly form view limit, which is separate and doesn’t affect submission capacity. Since you've reached the 100 submission limit, your forms have been temporarily disabled. To restore access, you can either wait until your monthly cycle resets or consider upgrading to a paid plan with a higher submission limit.
To check your current usage and limits, just click on your avatar located at the top-right corner of the page:
