I have enabled the "sub products from options" on my sizing to allow people to order different sizes and/or colors of an item, however, I don't know why it's pulling incorrect pricing when listed out. If they select a quantity and color, the pricing corrects, but the defaults are incorrect. This is only happening on the items I overrode (to change to a new product). But the price it's pulling for the default list is coming from the default price. That is greyed out so I can't edit it. Please see the attachment for screenshots.

Hi mms2001,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the pricing issue with "sub products from options," the default price shown is pulled from the main product price, which becomes uneditable (greyed out) once you enable special pricing or override it with sub-products. This is expected behavior because the special pricing per option or quantity overrides the main product price. To fix the incorrect default pricing display, ensure that you have set up special pricing for each sub-product option correctly under the product settings. The default price box will remain disabled, but the correct prices should show once options and quantities are selected.
Let me know if you need further clarification on setting up special pricing or sub-products.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi mms2001,
What’s happening is that when you override an existing product to update it with new options, the system still references the original base price that’s now locked and greyed out, which is why the default display doesn’t match the corrected pricing when a quantity and color are selected.
To fix this, you’ll need to re-create the affected product rather than override the existing one. This way, you can set the correct base price and then re-enable the sub products for sizing and colors, make ing sure the default price displayed matches the correct setup.
Alternatively, if recreating the product isn’t ideal, you can try duplicating the product field, delete the overridden one, and then update the duplicate with your new pricing and options. This usually clears the locked default price issue.
Let us know if you need any more help.
