I have a series of files that I cannot access through the link generated by Jotform:
The form is active, the account is configured to allow access without login, and yet the files are still not available.

Hi Cotidiano,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems you're unable to access files via the generated links despite the form being active and set for access without login. This issue might be related to the file permissions or link configuration.
Let me show you how to troubleshoot this:
- Verify that the files are properly uploaded and not deleted from your Jotform account.
- Check the privacy settings of your form and ensure file access is enabled for public users.
- Try generating a new link or re-uploading the files to see if the issue persists.
If the problem continues, please provide more details about the files and form settings.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi rnyrms,
Is the link you are looking at from an autoresponder or notification email? I see that you changed your username from rnyrms to Cotiaceleradora recently. When a username changes, all file links are also updated to reflect the new username. For the shared link, you can now access the download at https://www.jotform.com/uploads/Cotiaceleradora/252056491477665/6313671923714145513/Captura%20de%20tela%202025-08-29%20204928.png.
You can manually change the username in the old links, or you can find the new links in Tables or Inbox. Here's what to do:
- In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon near the top right corner and select Tables.
- From Tables, find the newly generated link for the file upload you are looking for.
- Alternatively, click Download All and download as CSV or Excel to get a full list of all new links.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
