    Hi Rachelle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me walk you through how to duplicate your New Client Details form:

    1. Go to your My Workspace page.
    2. Hover over the form you want to duplicate and click on More.
    3. Select Clone from the dropdown menu.

This will create an exact copy of your form, which you can then edit independently to add more questions for your second purpose.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Rachelle,

Cloning an existing form from your account is easy, here's how:

    1. In Workspace dashboard, select the Form that you want to duplicate.

    2. Click on More from the far right-corner.

    3. On the Sub-menu, go to Form tab and select Clone.
