Is there a way to see all cards that are assigned to someone on multiple boards? If that feature doesn't exist it would really be nice to have that implemented at some point.

    Hi Julia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform Boards does not have a direct feature to view all assigned cards from multiple boards in a single consolidated view. But, you can manage and organize tasks efficiently by connecting multiple forms to a single board. This allows you to track submissions and tasks in one place, but it requires setting up connected forms and mapping fields appropriately on each board. You can connect up to five forms on a single board and import submissions from those forms to manage tasks collectively. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Jotform Boards, click on Connected Assets on the top-right portion of your screen.
    2. Then, click on Connect Forms and select the form you want to connect before clicking on Next.
    3. Match the fields you want to show on the board before clicking on Save.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
