Ho bisogno di recuperare i dati dai campi ripristinati

Buongiorno,

ho accidentalmente escluso una voce da un modulo Jotform utilizzato per le iscrizioni a un corso, e con questa azione sono state escluse anche tutte le relative informazioni già raccolte.

Successivamente ho ripristinato la versione precedente del modulo, ma quando scarico il file Excel, i dati relativi alla voce precedentemente esclusa non compaiono più.

Avrei bisogno di recuperare queste informazioni con le relative voci.

Potreste indicarmi come procedere o se è possibile ripristinare completamente i dati?

Now, coming back to the issue, once you revert the form to its older version, adding back the deleted fields, you also need to add them to the Tables. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Tables, click on Columns on the upper right side of the page and select the fields taht you want to add.
