Prefilled forms on Ipad or tablet app

Before we were able to minimise the left hand panel when we want to use pre-filled forms but now it is over the options to select and I cannot see the options or see what I am selecting.

I tried potrait and landscape view and both do it which makes it hard to use as I cant see the options

Let me help you with that:

1. Try updating the Jotform Mobile Forms app to the latest version, as updates often fix UI issues.
2. Consider using Kiosk Mode in the app, which can provide a cleaner interface for form filling without the side panel interference.
3. Adjust the form layout or use the web version on your tablet browser if the app interface remains problematic.

This happens because the sidebar in the iOS app doesn’t currently minimize while you’re inside the Prefill menu, so it can cover the options depending on the device screen size and orientation. That’s why you’re seeing this behavior even when switching between portrait and landscape mode. To solve this, you can manage your Prefill settings directly from the desktop version of Jotform. The full menu will display correctly there, and you’ll be able to configure Prefill without any overlapping issues.

As a workaround on mobile, you can also try accessing the same Prefill options from an Android device, where the panel behaves correctly and doesn’t block the menu items. I use my own Android device, and the side panels are accessible. I've shared a screenshot below for reference:
