Square: Unable to Select Number Field under Get Price From

I am having a persistent technical issue with a payment field on my form and would appreciate your assistance.

I am trying to set up a Square payment field to accept a user-defined amount for my roadside assistance business. I have added a "Number" field to my form to serve as the price source.

The problem is that my "Number" field does not appear in the "Get Price From" dropdown within the Square payment settings.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Confirmed the field is a "Number" field and not a text field or calculation widget.
• Deleted and re-added the "Number" field to the form.
• Refreshed my browser and tried again.

Since these standard steps have not resolved the issue, I believe there may be a bug on the form's backend.

Could you please examine my form to determine why the "Number" field is not being recognized by the payment gateway settings?

Keep in mind that only the Form Calculation widget can be selected as an option under Get Price From. This means that your Number field alone will not appear as an option. To use a user-defined amount for payment, you will need to add a Form Calculation widget to your form, then set it up to calculate or pass the value from your Number field. Once this is done, the Form Calculation widget will appear in the Get Price From dropdown for the Square payment field. Let me show you how to set that up.

1. In Form Builder and click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the page.

2. Click on the Widgets tab, click on the Form Calculation widget to add it to your form.

3. Then, set the formula like you see below and click on Save.
