    Hi Danielle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Your "Order Now" form is showing a 403 Forbidden error when you try to publish and embed it. This issue often relates to permissions or recent changes, such as updates to coupon codes.

Let me help you with that:

    1. Check if any recent updates, like coupon code changes, might be causing the error.
    2. Verify that your form's embed code is correct and that there are no restrictions on the site where you're embedding it.
    3. Try republishing the form after clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

If the problem persists, please provide any additional details about changes made before the error appeared.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Danielle,

Have you tried embedding your form using the iFrame embed code? If not, I recommend giving it a try. The iFrame method is the most reliable way to embed forms, as it keeps the form isolated from the rest of your website’s code. Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    3. Now, select the iFrame embed and click on Copy Code.
    4. Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.

    Hi Danielle,

Can you send the link to the page where the form is embedded? Is this happening after you added the iframe embed code, or after you click Submit on the form? Is this happening on a computer or on a mobile device? A screenshot of what you’re seeing would be really helpful. Our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center shows you how to take one.

Additionally, the 403 Forbidden error you’re seeing might be caused by a temporary network issue, browser caching, or restrictions from a firewall, a VPN, or security settings. Check those first, then try accessing the form again. I also checked your form, and I was able to access it without any issues. Check out my screenshot below to see my results:

When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

I also suggest trying a different browser/device or clearing your browser cache and cookies. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form cache to render your forms properly.

After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.
