Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you confirm which email from Jotform you're referring to? If you're talking about our general marketing or update emails, it's easy to unsubscribe from all Jotform emails. Let me show you how:
On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the upper right.
Then, select Settings in the menu that opens.
Finally, in the Subscription section, check the box next to Turn Off All Jotform Emails.

Hi Tom,
I checked your account, and it seems you are referring to Jotform Gmail Agent. If you are trying to stop email and remove it from your Gmail Agent, you can easily do it in your AI Agent builder and with your Gmail account. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar on the top, click Publish
2. Click on Gmail Agent on the left side of the page.
3. On the far right side of the Connect Account section, click on the Three Dots icon.
4. Next, click on Disconnect Account from the option.
5. Now click on the Disconnect button on the popup modal.
If this is exactly what you are referring to, we can reactivate your account so you can do it on your AI Agent since your account is currently deleted.
