updated my waiver for the ohio valley cannabis cup and the thumbnail is not updating. i replaced the logo as instructed by the ai. it then requested that i replace the logo... so here we are...

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just tested out your form on my end and currently, the thumbnail is updated as shown in the screenshot.
It is possible that the cache of the website where you have shared the form has not been cleared. Take note that different website has their own configuration on when their cache is cleared. As for Facebook, you can use their debugger tool to clear the cache manually, which I already did for your form as shown in the screenshot.
If you were sharing your form via Facebook, could you test it out again using a different browser or incognito? If the issue doesn't persist, but persists on your previous browser, I would suggest clearing your browser cache.
