Hi, I saw that Jotform said my monthly submission is almost reaching its limit, which is counted 72 out of 100 submissions this month.
However upon checking, for the month of September, I only have around 24 submissions so far. How is it so different from your count?

Hi catorameowpetshop,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The monthly submission limit is counted per account and resets on the first day of your monthly usage cycle. It includes all submissions across all your forms and imports. Sometimes, the count you see in your account usage might differ from the submissions you manually count in your tables or inbox because it includes all submissions processed by your account, including those that might have been deleted or purged.
I recalculated your monthly usage, and it shows 72 out of 100 submissions this month. To verify your current usage and see when your monthly limit resets, you can visit your Account Usage page. Deleting or purging submissions does not reduce the usage count for that month. To see actions taken on your submissions, you can visit your Account History page.
