Hi IgudOsim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the temporary codes login protocol, unfortunately, it cannot be removed as it appears when multiple devices try to log in to the same account. Standard Jotform plans allow only one login session at a time. To accommodate your entire national team with easier access, consider upgrading to a Jotform Enterprise account, which supports multiple users with full control and visibility. Alternatively, you can use the Form Collaboration feature to allow multiple team members to work on the same form simultaneously.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi IgudOsim,
You are getting an Email Authentication Code when you log in, when a security issue is detected due to the account's activity like multiple devices try to log in to the account. As for our Standard Plans Bronze, Silver, and Gold, there can only be one active login session. Account sharing is against our Terms of use. If you need multiple users in your account, you may need to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. If you are interested in upgrading to an Enterprise account, contact our Enterprise Sales Team.
If you prefer to have the Standard plan, you can add the other users as Collaborators. Our Form Collaboration feature will allow other users to edit your form. You can also share your Jotform Tables with the other users and assign them as a Collaborator for them access to view and edit the submission data. Let me show you how:
Sharing the Collaboration link:
- On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
- In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.
1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.
3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
You can easily revoke the invites you’ve sent to others. Let me walk you through it:
1. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.
2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.
3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.
4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

At the moment, Jotform’s authentication (temporary login code) is a security measure and can’t be fully disabled. It’s designed to protect accounts when multiple team members try to access from different devices or locations.
If you’re working as a team, the recommended approach is to use Jotform Enterprise. With Enterprise, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) and give your whole team secure access without relying on the temporary codes for each login.
For standard accounts, one workaround is to designate shared access through Form Collaboration or Tables Sharing, so not everyone needs to log into the same main account.

Hi IgudOsim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.
With Jotform Enterprise, you can have more control over multi-device usage and what your team members can access. For more details about this, we suggest contacting our Enterprise Sales team.
Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:
- Go to the Contact Sales page, and fill out the form.
- Then, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.
