    Hi

I am the Administrator of accounts@cana.asn.au and currently we are in development of our website and using Jotform for Registrations. It is nearly finished but will still have testing with data. Can we extend our limit so that we can finish testing. Also I allocated Aasim our website to use my login. He is now receiving a request for authorisation and it is coming to the above email.

As he is located in Pakistan and I am in Australia he now can't get into the website to fix some minor issues with the Registration Form that he created. How can I switch off that authorisation while we are still testing.

    Hi CANA,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your request to extend your limit for testing, you can view your current usage and limits on your Account Usage page. If you need more submissions or form views, you may consider upgrading your account to increase these limits.

About the authorization request issue for Aasim using your login, Jotform standard plans allow only one login credential per account. To allow multiple users with their own access, you would need to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise, which supports multiple users with controlled access. Alternatively, you can use the Form Collaboration feature to let multiple team members work on the same form without sharing login credentials.

Let me know if you want guidance on upgrading or using collaboration features.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi CANA,

You can find the Form Collaboration feature in the Form Builder. To share your form for collaboration, open your form in Form Builder, then click the Add Collaborators button at the top right. Copy the link from the popup and share it with your team. Collaborators can edit the form simultaneously, and all changes are saved automatically.

For a detailed explanation and demonstration, you can watch the video at 0:49, which shows how to get and use the collaboration link.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi CANA,

Follow the guide below on how to collaborate with other users for your Form, Tables, and Inbox:

    1. Form Collaboration:

    1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.Authentication issue and extend limit Image 1 Screenshot 70

    2. Tables Collaboration:

    1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
    2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.
    3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people. Authentication issue and extend limit Image 2 Screenshot 81

You can easily revoke the invites you’ve sent to others. Let me walk you through it:

    a. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.

    b. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.

    c. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

    d. Then, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done. Authentication issue and extend limit Image 3 Screenshot 92

    3. Inbox Collaboration:

    1. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
    2. In the Share This Inbox window, click on Settings.
    3. Scroll down the list and click on Collaborator in the Permissions section, and then click on Go Back.
    4. In the Share This Inbox window, click on Create Link to share your Inbox page by sending the link, or use the Invite By Email option. Authentication issue and extend limit Image 4 Screenshot 103

You can also add the Edit Link to the Autoresponder Email and use that. Then, people can just click on the Edit Link to edit their submission. Let me walk you through it:

    a. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    b. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    c. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it. Authentication issue and extend limit Image 5 Screenshot 114

    d. Click on the Email Content section, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.

    e. Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content section. Authentication issue and extend limit Image 6 Screenshot 125
