I have been working with Pogo for a couple days with no results.
I have a workflow where a pilgrim form (Clone Pilgrim form) that in the regular links goes to a sponsor form when all conditions are met. I cannot find the Clone Sponsor Registration form. I have checked and there is not a duplicate form in Archive or other places. I have tried eliminating the conditional formatting and just linking the regular flow, but I still cannot access the Clone Sponsor Registration form.
I deleted the workflow and started again and it still has the same problem. How can I fix it. I show no errors.

Hi HNEC,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems your workflow cannot find the Clone Sponsor Registration form even though it’s not archived or duplicated. Let me walk you through some steps to troubleshoot this:
- Verify the exact form ID: Make sure the form ID you are trying to connect in the workflow matches the Clone Sponsor Registration form’s ID exactly.
- Check workflow permissions: Confirm that your workflow has access to the form and that the form is shared with the correct account.
- Clear cache and try again: Sometimes clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser can resolve display or syncing issues.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please share the workflow and form links again so we can take a closer look.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi HNEC,
The reason the Clone Sponsor Registration form isn’t showing when you try to add a form to your Workflow is that it already has a connected Workflow. You can delete the connected workflow so you can connect it to the Clone Pilgrim form. Deleting a Workflow attached to your form is easy. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Workflows.
- Hover your mouse over the workflow you created, click on the Gear icon and click on Delete.
- While in Form Builder, in the Workflows tab, click on the Gear icon again and select Purge.
- Then, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Confirm. That's it.

I tried going to the Clone Pilgrim form /systems/workflow and deleted. It deleted the entire workflow. I restored it and went to the Clone Sponsor Registration form/systems/workflow and deleted the item there. I went back to the Clone Pilgrim workflow and tried to select the Clone Sponsor or Sponsor form and neither appear.
I have gone back to the Clone Pilgrim table and added the Clone Sponsor form to the table to see if that would connect the two and it didn't work either,

Hi HNEC,
A form can only have one Workflow. Either it has its workflow or it's connected to another form's Workflow. I checked this Workflow link that you shared with us. I then look at the remaining Clone of Sponsor Registration and confirmed it doesn't have a Workflow. This should be good to go now. You can connect the Clone of Sponsor Registration to the Workflow of Clone Pilgrim form.
I just noticed that you created multiple Clone of Sponsor Registration forms. Make sure that you're selecting the correct form. I've cleared your forms cache for additional precaution. You can also clear the form's cache on your end. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let's walk through this together:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
