Hi Jotform Support,
I’ve reached my form limit on my free account, but I’m currently unable to delete any forms. Could you please unblock my account so I can remove old forms and free up space?
Thank you for your help,
Heather Clement

Hi Heather,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that you have a total of five forms. Unused forms can be deleted permanently. Let me show you how to do that:
- From My Workspace, select your form and click on the Move to Trash button on top.
- To delete it permanently, click on the Trash folder on the lower left, select the form.
- Hover your mouse pointer on the right side of the form, and click on Purge.
- On the message that pops up, click on the Confirm button.
We also have a guide on how to Delete a Form that you can check out. Take note that permanently deleted forms and submissions can no longer be recovered.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
- From My Workspace, select your form and click on the Move to Trash button on top.
