Managing Product Quantities on the Form

    Hi, I’m trying to set up my product preorder form using the product list, but I notice one problem, the quantity can’t set as 0(neither the text box/drop down box can set 0 in quantity), even in the preview page, I’m not able to adjust the 1 to 0/type in 0. Which means, if my customer change her mind on one item, she would have to then refresh the entire page, and that could lead to frustration and the customer might just leave the page. So I was wondering if there is any solution for this situation?

    Hi Abbie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You're correct that the Product List element doesn’t allow customers to set the quantity to zero directly. They can simply uncheck the product if they change their mind. This effectively deselects the item without requiring the quantity to be set to zero. Check out my screencast below:
