Hi Pamela,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the error message from your Rwanda Children's Sponsorship Program form. The message "User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values" indicates an issue with the authentication credentials used in the payment process.
Since you mentioned generating a new key from your merchant service, please ensure that the new key is correctly updated in your form's payment settings. Double-check that all authentication details match exactly with those provided by your merchant service.
If the issue persists after updating the key, please let us know so we can assist you further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Pamela,
The error usually shows when the API Login ID or Transaction Key entered in the payment field setup is incorrect. Can you try generating a new transaction key and double-check your API Login ID? You can check our guide on How to Obtain API Login ID and Transaction Key for Authorize.Net. You also might want to contact Authorize.net directly to ensure your account is ready for live transactions and that your API Login and Transaction Key are accurate.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
