We had the pro plan for non profits and canceled it. you had sent discounted offers to stay, are those still available ? Can I speak to my rep?

So it’s not possible to reinstate the account? Why is that? Joseph I don’t plan to go through the entire set up process again you have my files. Why can’t you use them? Do you think you can have my representative contact me in a timely fashion? There are other competitors to this app. Have a great day. ...

Once a Jotform subscription is canceled, the account is automatically downgraded to the Starter (Free) plan after the paid period ends. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to reinstate the previous nonprofit Pro Plan subscription without going through the setup process again. Your existing files remain in your account, but to regain the benefits of the Pro Plan, you would need to re-subscribe and set up the plan anew.
You can apply again for the nonprofit discount to receive a 50% discount on Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans by filling out the application form available on our website. After submitting the form, your eligibility will be reviewed, and you will receive confirmation via email within 24 to 48 hours.
Regarding speaking with a representative, currently, Jotform does not offer phone support or scheduled calls. Said that, if you log into your Jotform account and contact support through your verified account, the support team can assist you further and provide guidance tailored to your account.
