Hello,
I am creating a JotForm utilizing conditional logic. I would like the form to have two end points, one if they consent and are at least 18years old and the other if they do not consent and/or are under 18years old.
I have added the conditional logic to skip to the last page if any the two conditions above are present. However when the user consents and is over 18 years old, they go to page 3 and then I want them to exit out of the survey, not see the next page which is just for those that do not consent and are under 18.
I'm trying to add a submit button to the bottom of page 3, but then it won't allow for the page break. Is there a way to work around this?
thank you for any assistance,
Mary

Hi Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean for the option when the user consents and is over 18 years old, they go to page 2? Then for those that do not consent and are under 18, they'd go directly to page 3? And add a submit button and hide the Next button on the second page? For this to work, you'll need to move the Age question to the first page and only show it when they consent. Let me show you how it's done:
- In Form Builder, drag and drop the age question to the first page.
- Right-click on the age question, and select Hide.
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
- Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
- Set the conditions like you see below:
- Then, click on Save.
Now, let's hide the Next button on the second page and add a Submit button:
- In Form Builder, click on the Page Break Element, and click on the Gear Icon.
- In the Advanced Tab, click on Hidden on the Next Button Visibility Section.
- Click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to Submit and drag it into your form. That's it.
This is what it looks like after changing the elements:
You can check out my cloned form here, which you can also clone to see its configuration.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
