How to notify staff and allow them to download the submission then print them?

I need to provide the ability for staff members that need access to the submissions to be able to be notified, and to be able to retrieve and print them.

To notify staff members about submissions, you can set up notification emails in your form settings and add their email addresses as recipients. This way, they will receive alerts whenever a submission is made.

For retrieving and printing submissions, staff can access submissions via Jotform Tables or the Submissions page. They can view entries and use the print option directly from there. Alternatively, you can include an Edit Link in notification emails, allowing staff to open the submission and print it using the form's print button.
