Unable to edit text in Paragraph field showing "Something went wrong when loading text editor. Please try again." error message

• I got this error on the website. "Something went wrong when loading text editor. Please try again." I am unable to edit text. What do I do?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I’ve gone ahead and cleared your form cache to fix any temporary loading issues. You can try editing the text in your Paragraph element now and see if it works. If the issue persists, try logging out of your account, clear your browser cache while logged out, then log back in to check again. You can also try using a different web browser to access your account.
