Hi, I have created a form and the goals are the following:

each person should be able to select more than 1 date in 1 form submission.
timings do not matter. the day is important.

each date available can be selected maximum 3 times by 3 different people before it gets removed from the calendar.

receipeint should receive a reminder email 1 day before each date they have chosen.

how do i achieve all of these goals without having to include the timeslot? that seems so unnecessary when a user is looking at it when the timings don't matter regardless.

    Hi khadija,

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to achieve all of these setups together, and it’s also not possible to adjust the notification email to send one day before the date your clients have chosen. If you don’t want to use the Slot Duration on your Appointment field, you can use the Gift Registry widget instead. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element in the left menu.

    2. In the menu in the left, select the Widgets tab, and search for Quantity Gift Registry and hover this to your Form.

    3. Now, on the right side, edit the quantity and the date under Items in the General tab.

    4. In the bottom right side of the page, click on Update button to apply the changes.

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and select the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
    3. Edit the content of your Reminder Email.

    1. While in the Reminder Emails settings, click on the Schedule tab.
    2. Adjust the Repeats and Send Date options as needed to select which day or days you would like to send.
    3. Click the Downward Arrow icon in the Send Time section to change the time it will be sent.
    4. In the Start Date section, click the Calendar icon to set the starting date. You can also set an end date to stop sending reminder emails on a specific day in the End Date section, and click on Save.

    thank you for replying.

my next question, will the quantity gift registry widget delete the item from the list once its unavailable? i would rather it be removed entirely rather that just show text to it "none" I feel like there should be an easier way for people to select more than 1 date to volunteer in 1 submission and have multiple people able to select the same date before it gets removed.
