Looking to implement multi user access

We are looking to implement multi-user access to Jotform, would like to discuss what this looks like in terms of pricing to determine if Jotform is a viable solution for us.

Currently our biggest challenge with Jotform is the API encryption. There is an inability to use the API when you have an encrypted form. So if you are encrypting data at rest (for security purposes) then you can no longer use the API as there is no documentation to decrypt the data from the API.
