How to see my daily API limit count

    Our account email is itdept@northway.org

    The last 36 hours, we have been getting a 429 response from our API calls. I saw that your documentation has a 1000 calls per day at our plan level. We shouldn't be hitting this number. 24 hours later, we are still getting the 429 problem.

    Is there a place I see my daily API limit count?

    Can you please help me?

    I also tried using the test console to get my limit but that also got a 429 response

    Hi Neil,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The 429 error confirms that your account is hitting the API daily call limit. On the Starter plan, this is capped at 1,000 calls per 24-hour rolling window. Once the limit is reached, all API requests return 429 until earlier calls expire from that 24-hour window.

    You can check the details of our API limits and see your current usage status here. I also went ahead and reset your API limit on our server to refresh your account.
