It gives me an error when I try to log in. At first, it said it was an internet connection error, even though I could go and visit any other website without issue. Now it just says an error when I try to log in.

Hi David,
I checked your email and noticed that it's a Form User. Note that Form User accounts are automatically generated when someone is invited to interact with any Jotform product, whether it's filling out forms, collaborating, or using the Save and Continue Later option. These accounts have limited functionality and do not include all the features available to Starter Plan accounts. I've gone ahead and converted you to a Starter plan. You can now log in and start creating forms.
