Getting Too Many Requests error message when logging in

    Hi,


    I have just been editing one of my forms, every time I changed something it logged me out so I kept clicking log back in. It's now got to the point where it won't let me log back in and is giving me the error message "Too Many Requests"

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Too Many Requests login issue happens when multiple people try to access the account simultaneously. Keep in mind that Jotform's standard plans allow only one active login session per account at a time. This means that if someone is already logged in, another login attempt may trigger this error.
