Dear Support Team,
Our payment due date is on 09 September, and we noticed that in the payment section only the card payment option is available.
Could you please confirm if you can provide bank account details for a direct transfer or if net banking/cheque payments are accepted? This mode of payment would be more convenient for us.
Kindly clarify the available options at the earliest so that we can proceed with the payment on time.

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding payment options. Currently, we accept credit/debit card and PayPal payments only. We do not provide bank account details for direct transfer, nor do we accept net banking or cheque payments at this time. However, we will be adding new payment methods soon.

Here’s a quick overview of how it works so you have all the details upfront.
- Purchase Orders are available for yearly Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans only.
- Keep in mind that once payment is made, cancellations and refunds aren’t possible.
To move forward, send the following details to quotes@jotform.com:
- Username and email connected to your account
- Subscription level you’d like (Bronze, Silver, or Gold)
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
The Purchase Order will be sent by email and should be paid within 30 days. When making the payment, be sure to include the Invoice# for reference and share a screenshot of the payment confirmation. Your subscription will begin on the date we get the payment.
While Purchase Orders are available, we recommend using a credit card or PayPal instead. It’s faster, easier to manage, and gives you more flexibility with your subscription.

My payment due date was on September 9. Unfortunately, I couldn’t complete the payment yesterday. Could you please let me know how much grace period is available to make the payment without any interruption to services?

Hi N.Laxmikanth,
I see your subscription is scheduled to downgrade on September 23rd. You should make the payment and renew the subscription before that date, as your account will be downgraded to the Starter plan and will no longer be on the Gold plan unless you renew.
