Refund request for Auto renewal

    Hello,

    A former employee of our company signed up for your services, and we just got charged to auto-renew. Now that employee is no longer with us and we do not need your product, could we have that charge reversed?

    Hi HerzogCompany,

    I checked your account, and I see that your subscription renewed last June 22, 2025. Unfortunately, refund can only be processed within 30 days of renewal. Since it has been past 30 days, the subscription cannot be reversed anymore. If you're referring to a different account, you can send us the email address so we can check. You can also check your invoice to confirm the date by following this guide on How to Check and Edit Invoices.
