Reusable Payment Connections: Unable to add PayPal

    Every time I try to add PayPal as the payment processing it doesn’t load to complete the process

    Regarding your issue with adding PayPal as a payment processor, please note that some PayPal products like PayPal Invoicing and PayPal Checkout are discontinued. For payment integration, you should use the current PayPal Business integration available in Jotform.

    Here’s how to add PayPal Business integration:

    1. In Form Builder, click Add Element on the left side.
    2. Under Payments tab, select PayPal to add it to your form.
    3. In the PayPal Integration window, select Live or Test mode and connect your PayPal Business account.
    4. Choose currency and payment type, then configure additional settings as needed.
    5. Click Continue or Save to complete the setup.

    If the PayPal option still doesn’t load, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Also, ensure your PayPal Business account is active and properly set up.

    Can you try connecting your form with PayPal using a different browser or an Incognito Window to see if that works? It’s easy to integrate PayPal Business into your form using Reusable Payment Connections. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, go to the Payments tab, and click on PayPal.

    3. Next, in the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Plug icon.

    4. Then, in the window that opens, add a Connection Name, and click on Connect with PayPal.

    5. In the window that opens, log in to your PayPal account.

    6. Once done, click on Return to Jotform’s Test Store, and click on Save.

    7. Finally, in the Payment Method section, enable the option you want by checking the box next to it.
