We got the fraudulent charge cleared up on that CC payment, can we get this account activated??

I just heard back from the relevant team, and they have confirmed that a dispute is currently in progress. You can contact your bank to lift the dispute. After doing so, send us the copy of the bank's confirmation.
After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
