I am trying to build a workflow that upon submission of a specific form labeled Clone of Client Intake, the data submitted will be copied to another form labeled Clone of Clone of Client Intake. As the name denotes, these are just clones of the same form and they have the same fields. When I add the Form element ot the workflow and click to select the form, no other forms are available and there are multiple forms in my account. How do I get the Clone of Clone of Client Intake form to appear.

    Hi Savaod,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

If your cloned form does not appear in the Workflow Builder form selection list, it might be due to the form's status or settings. Please ensure that the cloned form is active and not in the Trash folder. Also, verify that the form is not password-protected or set to private, as these settings can prevent it from appearing in the workflow form list.

Try refreshing your Workflow Builder after confirming these points. If the issue persists, consider renaming the cloned form to a simpler name without multiple "Clone of" prefixes, as this sometimes helps with form visibility.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Hi Savaod,

The reason the Clone of Clone of Client Intake form isn’t showing when you try to add a form to your Workflow is that it already has a connected Workflow. You can delete the connected workflow so you can connect it to the Clone of Client Intake form. Deleting a Workflow attached to your form is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Workflows.
    3. Hover your mouse over the workflow you created, click on the Gear icon and click on Delete.

    1. While in Form Builder, in the Workflows tab, click on the Gear icon again and select Purge
    2. Then, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Confirm. That's it.
