Auto responder notification not going through

    HI,
    I tested this form as though I was the participant.
    Payment went through, but I did not receive the autoresponse notification.

    I have the autoresponder notification set to send to the email provided by the person who submits the form.

    How can I ensure people will get the notification?

    HOw do I check if the email is on jotforms bounce list?

    Hi Barb,

    I was able to replicate the issue when I cloned your form. I spotted what’s causing it, and there’s an easy fix. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.

    3. Hover your mouse on the autoresponder email, and then click on Edit button.

    4. Tick the When a submission is received checkbox.

    5. Click on Save button once done.
