How do I upload more than one PDF form. Its only allowing me to add one PDF form and I need to add several more but its not allowing me to. It says re-upload the PDF or start over with the form.
But there is nowhere to "add" and other upload
I am referring to form labeled Appendix N
Please advise.

Hi Willie,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Let me help you with that:
Jotform allows you to add only one PDF form at a time. However, you can add multiple PDFs by uploading each separately or by linking them as clickable links on your form's Thank You page. To do this, go to Settings, select Thank You Page, highlight the text where you want the link, and insert the URL of the PDF hosted on a file-sharing platform. Make sure the file is publicly accessible.
Another option is to attach multiple PDFs to your form's autoresponder emails, so users receive them after submission. You can set this up in the Emails section under Settings.
Unfortunately, there isn't a direct way to upload several PDFs simultaneously within one form upload area.
Let me know if you need more guidance on these steps.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Willie,
It looks like you’re referring to Smart PDF Forms, right? Unfortunately, you can only use one PDF at a time since it only supports a single PDF. If you need to create more Smart PDF Forms, you can create additional ones separately. Creating a form by uploading a PDF is easy. Let me show you how to do it:
- On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
- Select Form from the assets, and then click on Smart PDF Form.
- In Smart PDF Forms, click on Upload Document, and then select the PDF you want to convert to a form, or just drag and drop the PDF into the white upload area.
