Why do my forms keep disappearing and reappearing in my account?

my very important forms keep disappearing from my account and randomly re appearing after a while

Hi Nick,

Make sure that you're logging in to your account under the Starter (Free) account and not in your Guest account when accessing or creating a form. Since a guest account is a one-time log in only and the created form there won't be saved.

If you cannot see the forms in your account, you can check your archived or trash page in case the forms are there.

If they're also not located there, can you share the form URL so I can check it further?
