How do I share my form to my collaborators permanently?

Hi,

I tried this method of sharing my form to collaborators (see below link). However, its very troublesome to always renewing the expired link.

I'm afraid the collaboration link expires after 72 hours, and it's currently not possible to extend it nor have a permanent link. You will have to generate a new link after it expires.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

The best way to avoid expiring collaboration links in Jotform is by using Jotform Teams or Enterprise. First, create a Team workspace from your dashboard and then invite collaborators by email or invite link. Assign them proper roles (Admin, Member, or Viewer), so they always have direct access.

Next, move your existing forms and tables into the Team workspace. Once transferred, ownership belongs to the Team instead of a single account, which means everyone you’ve added can access and edit without needing new links.

Finally, organize folders, set permissions for forms and submissions , and keep one or two Admins to manage everything. This setup makes collaboration permanent and eliminates the hassle of renewing temporary links.
