I see that I’ve reached the storage limit of my current plan.

I’d like to better understand how this works, since I have automatic deletion of submissions set after 3 days.

Could you please clarify if the storage calculation is also based on data that has already been deleted?

Additionally, I’d like to know when the storage usage resets.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi ofekg100,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upload Storage refers to the total amount of disk space allocated to your account for storing files submitted through your forms. On the Bronze plan, this typically starts at 1 GB of available upload storage.

To clarify how upload storage is calculated, deleted submissions that are moved to the Trash folder will continue to consume storage space until they are permanently removed. Although entries in Trash are automatically purged after 30 days and no longer count toward your storage usage, take note that if you have automatic deletion set for submissions after 3 days, those entries must still be manually deleted from trash to fully free up space. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

Regarding your account, you can check your exact reset date and current usage at any time by visiting your Account Usage page. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.

Hi, I see that I still have an upload space limitation even though a month has already passed.

Also, the trash is empty. Could you check this for me?

Okay, thank you very much, and every month it will reset again, right?

    Hi ofekg100,

Note that the Upload Space does not reset monthly. That is why you need to delete submissions with attachments to free your upload space. You can find more information in our guide Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
