How to enable push notifications?

    Hi there - I created an app and the people who are subscribed aren't receiving the push notifications. I received it on my phone - but they did not. I am not sure if they 'opted in' and I don't know how to direct them to check this. Please send directions I can share with them

    This helps. If someone clicks on notification - how can i send them to a specific form or website?

    Hi Suzie,

    If your clients aren’t receiving our notifications, ask them to open the Jotform APP on your phone. When the permission prompt appears, choose Allow, so the app can send notifications. If you already dismissed that prompt, turn notifications on manually by opening your phone’s settings, finding the Jotform APP, opening Notifications or Permissions, and enabling notifications. After you change the setting, keep the app open for about ten seconds, so your device can refresh its registration.
