when I send a request to sign, does my customer have to have a Jotform account to sign?

Hi Jimmy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you send a request for a customer to sign a Sign document, your customer does not need to have a Jotform account. They can simply receive the signing request via email and complete the signature without creating an account.
