OneDrive Integration: Select Multiple PDF

Hi Jotform,

I would like to seek your help as below image

Currently, the system allows only one document to be submitted to OneDrive at a time. Since both documents are required, we kindly ask that you upload them separately so that both can be properly stored in OneDrive.

Thanks for your message. Currently, Jotform's OneDrive integration allows uploading multiple file upload fields, but each submission's files are sent together. To keep documents organized, you can enable the option to create a subfolder for each submission named by patient or other unique fields.

Since your system requires both documents to be stored separately, uploading them in separate submissions or ensuring each file is uploaded through distinct fields would be the way to handle this.

1. Enable subfolders: In OneDrive settings, turn on "Create a subfolder for each submission" and use a unique field like "Patient Name" for folder names.
2. Separate file uploads: Use different file upload fields for each document to ensure they are stored separately.
3. Send PDFs: Enable "Send submissions PDF to OneDrive" to automatically save submission copies as PDFs.

This setup will help keep your documents organized in OneDrive as required.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to select multiple PDF document for OneDrive Integration at the moment.While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
