Hello,
We are evaluating Jotform as our form solution. Is it possible for you to record a video for us to see Person Account created from the form submission, or is there a documentation to show the exact steps?
Thanks,
Xiukai

Hi Xiukai,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Yes, it is possible to create a Person Account in Salesforce from a Jotform submission. You can integrate Jotform with Salesforce by installing the Jotform app from Salesforce AppExchange. This integration allows you to map form fields to Salesforce objects and automatically create or update records upon form submission.
Here’s how to do it:
Install Jotform from Salesforce AppExchange and link your Salesforce account to Jotform.
Create a Salesforce form in Jotform by selecting the Salesforce Object (like Person Account) and mapping the fields you want to capture.
Set up the integration under the Settings tab in Jotform, authenticate your Salesforce account, and configure the action to create or update records.
For a detailed step-by-step guide and video tutorials, you can check out the official Jotform Salesforce integration resources and YouTube videos linked in our help guides.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Xiukai,
You can integrate your form with Salesforce and create a record. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Select Salesforce.
4. Select your Salesforce account to authenticate.
5. Select Create Or Update a Record action and click on Next.
6. Next, select a Salesforce Object.
7. Under the Create a Record, map form and Salesforce fields.
8. Finally, click on Save at the bottom, and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Thank you for the demo. However, you are creating a record into a custom object called "JasonTest101". We would like to create the record as a Person Account which is a standard object. Can you please show us that?

Hi Xiukai,
Unfortunately, the Person Account feature is currently not supported by the current Salesforce Integration. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
