Hi there,
I bought an annual subscription on 5/19/24. Can you send me a copy of the invoice in pdf format? I can't find it now.

Hi Terry, you can easily find and download your invoice by checking your Billing section in your account. Just use the Billing on my account button below to access your invoices and download the PDF copy you need. Let me know if you want me to guide you through the process!

Hi Terry,
It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
- Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
- To download an invoice as a PDF, click on a Download icon on the right.
Since you're already on a Starter plan, the Billing tab may no longer be visible on your account. You can go to the Upgrade tab and close the pricing page displayed to see the invoice. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Upgrade tab in the menu on the left side of the settings page.
2. Then, click on the X icon in the top right corner to close the pricing page.
You can also click this invoice link to get a copy of your invoice.
