Hi info514_Admin_info,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The condition is working, but you won't notice the difference because you haven't customized the Thank You Page for each condition. It's the same Thank You Page for all conditions as shown below:
Edit your condition and customize each Thank You Page. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
- Hover over the integration and click on the pencil icon to edit.
- Edit the content of the Thank You Page.
- Finally, click on the green Save button below.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

info514_Admin_infoReplied on August 25, 2025 at 9:45 PMI am sorry if I am overlooking something. On my end when I save my
message this (in red) shows as the edited message. Shouldn't this convert
to the thank you phage? or am I missing something?

Hi Bria,
The reason you’re still seeing the default Thank You screen is that the content inside your conditional Thank You Page hasn’t been customized yet. Right now, it’s still showing the placeholder text, Thank You! Your submission has been received!, This is why it looks no different from the standard Thank You Page. To fix this, you’ll need to edit the Thank You Page content directly within each conditional rule. Once you update and save the custom messages, the correct Thank You Page will appear after submission, depending on the score logic.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

info514_Admin_infoReplied on August 26, 2025 at 9:10 PMHi Kenneth,
This did work.
However, can I not change the alignment of the text? I do not want it
necessarily centered nor do I want an image.
Or the format? It appears that the header stays bolded and there is no
option for me to change it like in the sub heading?

Hi Bria,
Keep in mind that you can customize the elements within the Thank You Page by editing its source code directly. This allows for more advanced formatting and control over the appearance, such as adjusting text alignment, font styles, and removing or adding images as you prefer. To do this, when editing your Thank You Page message, look for the option to view or edit the HTML/source code. Here, you can add custom HTML and CSS to style your message exactly how you want it. Let me show you where to find this option:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Click the Pencil icon of your current Thank You Page Condition, then the Source Code icon.
4. Edit the source code based on your preferences, then click the OK button and Save.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Bria,
Only your latest screenshot went through. Since you're using a custom message from the conditions, you won't be able to edit its source code, as there's no option to add source code there. You can edit the message that you want before pasting it as the custom message. Now, let me show you how to remove the image in the custom message:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Conditions from the left side window and click on the Pencil icon of the Change Thank You Page condition.
- Click on the image, and click on the Remove Image button.
- Lastly, click on Save at the bottom of the page.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Bria,
Yes, unfortunately, the source code editing option is only available in the main Thank You Page settings and not within the Thank You Page conditions. This means you can customize the HTML and formatting directly only on the standard Thank You Page, but not on the conditional Thank You Pages set through conditions.
Let us know if you need any other help.
