    Hi there,

For our quiz, "What Type of Healthcare Marketer Are You?", is there any way to see where people are dropping off the quiz or clicking off?

We would love to be able to track where the drop-off point is, if there is a way.

    Thanks!

    Hi Ashley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Currently, Jotform does not have a built-in feature to directly track where users drop off or click off within a quiz form. However, you can use external tools like Google Analytics or other tracking software by embedding tracking codes into your form or website to monitor user behavior and identify drop-off points.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Ashley,

While Jotform doesn’t provide a built-in way to see exactly where users drop off within your quiz, Form Analytics feature shows you overall views, response rates, and conversion data. It won’t pinpoint the exact question where someone stops, but it gives you an overview of performance. Let me show you how you check it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo and select Form Analytics.
    2. Under your form's name, click on This Month, All-time, or Custom to change the time filters.
    3. Click on Device, Platform, or Location to view more information about the form submitter.

If you want to ensure accurate tracking, consider using additional analytics tools like Google Analytics by adding its widget to your form for more detailed visitor data. We have a guide here about How to Track Online Form Submissions Using Google Analytics 4 that you can check out.
