Why when I sign in does my account say restricted?

Hi Christina,
Upon checking, I saw that your account is a guest account. Guest accounts are temporary and require only one login. You will not be able to get a password reset email for your email account. You can create a free account using the same email address as you used for your guest account. To create a new account, you can go to this link.
