    Hi Samuel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Currently, Jotform does not have a feature that can replicate a form digitally just by taking a photo of an existing paper form. However, you can create forms easily using Jotform's Form Builder by dragging and dropping elements to match your paper form.

If you want to collect photos within a form, Jotform offers a Take Photo widget that allows users to take and upload photos directly within the form, but it does not convert a photo of a form into a digital form automatically.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Samuel,

You can add the Take Photo widget to your form. This widget lets users take photos directly on your form. Let me show you how to add it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
    2. Go to the Widgets tab, then search for and select Take Photo.
    3. On the Widget Settings panel that opens on the right, modify the options as needed.
    4. Click on Update at the bottom once done.
